We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase as much as we loved making it.  If something's wrong with your order, let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement. This also applies to any order arriving damaged or incorrect.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• The product must be unused 

• Proof of purchase (order number)

• For damaged or defective items, include a clear photo showing the issue
