We handcraft and carefully package each order with love. Most orders are made custom to be able to offer customers diverse options to suit your individual needs. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days.  Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.  Please remember that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays- especially during holidays or severe weather.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.  If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
