Cosmetic Manufacturing Exemption:
All cosmetic products sold by Next Full Moon Elixirs are crafted in small batches. In accordance with Florida Statutes 499.01 (2)(p), we qualify as an exempt cosmetic manufacturer with annual cosmetic sales under $25,000. Each product is properly labeled, prepackaged, and includes the required statement: "Made by a manufacturer exempt from Florida's cosmetic manufacturing permit requirements."
